Ground Floor Refurbishment at 2 Constitution Avenue, Canberra Building on the strong relationship with ISPT and Knight Frank, Kynetic were engaged to carry out the complete refurbishment of the Ground Floor, with minimal disruption to the building occupants. Snedden, Hall and Gallop – Gungahlin Office After the successful delivery of several minor works contracts in Snedden Hall and Gallops Head Office located in Deakin, Kynetic were invited to Design Manage and Deliver SHG's new Gungahlin Office located in Winyu House. Questacon – Gallery 5 Refurbishment The refurbishment comprised of demolition of the existing gallery and the delivery and design of the new Gallery with Questacon. Emergency Services – Greenway Ambulance Station This project required design development to convert the existing Greenway Fire Station into an Ambulance Station as part of the ACT Governments Station Upgrade and Relocation Program in 2016. 2 Constitution Avenue Canberra City – ACT Corrective Services Fitout Kynetic was engaged by its long term Client ISPT to Design Manage and Delivered this project for ACT Corrective Services. ACTEW / Downer – Lower Molonglo Liquid Waste Receival Facility Construction of the new Liquid Waste Receival Facility at the Holt ACTEW Sewerage Treatment Plant including major civil works to connect into the existing Canberra Sewer Mains located some 10 meters underground. Hellenic Club of Canberra Fire Safety Systems upgrade at the Woden premise of the Hellenic Club of Canberra. Questacon Gallery 3, B1, B2, B3 Kynetic have completed multiple projects at Questacon all without disruption to the primary function of the facility. Customs – Media and Security Facility Kynetic managed two high velocity projects for Customs being the Media Centre and repairs to water damaged security facility within 2 Constitution Ave, Canberra City.
